I believe facing our mortality and becoming comfortable with it helps us to show up in the present moment and live our lives fully.
I am dedicated to supporting my clients through these changes and providing a safe space to process emotions.
Eldering with love and increasing joy in our lives is the journey.

I am a certified Life and End of Life Coach, and a Sacred Passage Doula. A British qualified physical therapist and aromatherapist.
I have worked with seniors, adults, and children over the past 18 years. My holistic approach focuses on navigating the many challenges of aging as I help to support my clients through times of transition.
I am an educator around the Role of an End of Life Doula.

Life Coaching
I work with clients who face the many changes that take place in our lives as we age. This can begin in our 50’s or 60’s when we may near retirement, become empty nesters, or even considering the option of a second career.
Life is a continuous path of adaptation, and I support and guide my clients through this time with clarity, care and focus and help them discover alternative ways to be fully present and aligned in their lives. Expanding our awareness of our role as deliberate creators to live the lives we truly want.
I am available to my clients through Zoom via video or phone call I offer a complimentary discovery session for us to meet up and connect and for us to decide if sessions could be helpful to you.

End of Life Coaching
I coach clients who wish to assemble a personalized end-of-life care plan. It is illuminating and helpful to have clarity on options that are available to us. It is important to have shared this plan with the relevant people in our life.
This is a deeply personal time and we do not want to leave it to others to make choices for us unless totally necessary.
As a Certified Sacred Passage Doula, and coach I support my clients through this process.

Embrace Life’s Challenges
